refunds
✦ I will not provide refunds if a sketch or proof of progress a commission has been sent. I take commissions mostly when I am in a hard place financially so I cannot risk providing refunds. Commission completion may take a few months due to freelancing not being my main source of income!work schedule
✦ my work schedule changes depending on the time of the classes I take each semester. The only days during the week I am off to work on commissions are Sundays and possibly Mondays. I tend to work on art after work at 5 PM EST. Feel free to nudge me at any time but I do not skip around on my queue!

✦ I will only make changes to a commission during the sketching phases because this is the easiest for me! I send multiple sketches while I work and I ask my clients constantly if any changes need to be made before I line. Please take advantage of this!
